US Army National Guard/Reserves June 2004- Present

Administration (42L) - military secretary in section 1(S1) unit HD 205th Regt LDR. Filing, data entry, typing, answering phone, in & out-processing of Army personnel, and running errands. Update soldier's personal information, insurance, pay inquiries, and other personal documentation. Put requests in for awards, prepare awards, and coordinate presentations for award ceremonies. Submitted update unit accountability, presented updates, and informed our chain of command. Place orders for supplies and maintain inventory. Arranged, planned, and organized unit activities for special occasions and holidays. Answer phones and questions pertain to military information. Organize trips, transportation, and other accommodations for unit cadre and chain of command. Performed safety NCO duties, held briefings, maintained the flow of the floor traffic, and covered down where needed for SRC site.

Mechanics (63B)– (175th Trans. Co.) replaced, repaired, ordered, inspected, and maintained military vehicles and parts. Kept the motor pool area clean, tracked inventory, orders and dates of all activities of each item. Supervised drivers to ensure they inspected and maintained vehicles properly.
