I was hired as an outsourced agent to ensure timely and accurate entry of our customer contracts into company systems. Inputting A/R adjustments into the billing program after verifying required approvals are in place. I also assisted in a group processes bid-for-bid proposal; our requests were not for firm demand, but they are for potential future demand. I adjusted out SOP to request multiple quantities – when contacting suppliers so that when our customer changes their mind (as they often do) and decides they want a different quantity, we can use the information gathered to provide a complete proposal rather than having to go back to you over and over again. Some key contributions helped achieve a goal surpassing are aged quotes by 22% thus increasing add-on-sales after implementing new KPI data fields that enhanced customer insights for the sales team.
