RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and monitoring controls of food quality. Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders. Assisting with the preparation of all main meals. Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer. Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service level. Preparing daily menu plans. Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
