GEAR BOX

PUMP ALIGNMENT

To align the pump and motor using Rim and Face method (Radial, Axial) as well as Reverse Alignment. Using proper fittings, clamps including magnetic clamps, spacer (shim) and get the accurate result, 0.01mm to 0.05mm. Dial indicator alignment and LASER shaft alignment

MECHANICAL SEALS

Worked on all types of seals including single, double and tandem seals, single spring and multi-spring, Bellow type and proper rectification of the same.

Servicing the seals & gaskets in the valve, pipeline couplings.

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR:

Inspection, Dismantling & Assembling of Coupling, fly wheel, crank shaft, connecting rod, cross head, gudgeon pin, piston rod, piston and cylinder.

Maintaining limited clearance of Main bearings, Big end and small end bearings with direct or pressurized lubrication systems.

Refurbishment of suction & discharge valves, unloaded & Renewal of cylinder liner

Check and replace the piston rings, rider/guider rings, stuffing box packing & wiper rings

Check and adjust the Cross Head Shoe Clearance, TDC & BDC

Respecting the minimum deflection on piston rods

Performing alignment of Compressor with driver Equipment’s.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR:

Completely overhauled.

Inspection, Dismantling & Installation of Thrust bearings and Journal bearings (plain and tilting pads types) with direct and pressurized lubrication systems.

Locate position of rotor assembly and proper installation of gas seals or oil film seal.

Respecting the Radial & minimum axial clearance between impellers and diaphragm and delivery dimensions of volute.

STATIC EQUIPMENTS

HEAT EXCHANGERS

Maintenance jobs carried out in Heat exchangers of Fixed, Floating and U tube type, which include activities right from blinding, bundle pulling, cleaning, testing, repair works as per the instructions.

Having experience in plate type, shell and tube (single and multi-tubes) exchanger. Involved in maintenance and repair of tubes, nozzle baffle plates, etc.

Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing such as shell testing, tube testing and final testing.

TOWER AND VESSELS

Maintenance jobs carried out in towers which includes activities like removal of trays, demisters, packing (Pall rings, Racing rings etc.), through, trays cleaning.

Maintenance jobs carried out in Tanks (Fixed & Floating roof) which include activities like, stream coils, servicing of rim vents, auto bleeder vents, Replacement of primary/Secondary seals, Weather shield plates, Shoe plates etc.

Maintenance jobs carried out in absorber & vessels, which include activities like cleaning, catalyst renewal, Demister removal etc.

Involving the jobs of spading de spading, pipe cold cutting, Internal plug hydro test, overall vessel hydro test, etc.

HYDRO & PNEUMATIC TESTING

Experience in Hydro test and pneumatic test of all valves, pipes, Heat exchangers, vessels and Tank pressurized by high pressure pump. To set the operation pressure and waiting 30 minutes, check the leakage. If the leakage occurs through the flange, tight the Flange and continue Retest.

VALVE

Service and operation inspection of all types of valve like Ball valve, Control Valve, Globe valve, Gate valve, Butterfly valve, Diaphragm form valve, Non return valve, Non Return Valve Automatic Pneumatic Actuators control valve in utility department. Valve body leak testing, Valve seat leak testing, Safety valve pressure setting.

SAFETY DEVICES

Familiar with handling of Safety Equipment’s, H2S Monitor, Gas Detector, Breathing Apparatus, Fire detection systems (U.V. Sensors, Fusible Plug etc.,) and Fire Extinguishers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
