In this position, I worked customer service for a pharmacy in a call center environment. I was promoted to a position where I worked closely with a small team of pharmacists to schedule one on one appointments with patients through the Humana medicare plan. I also worked on a program to answer calls for local Walmart pharmacies in the call center.

I was then given the position of Mail Order Coordinator where my duties included working with clients and the mail order pharmacy we worked with to keep the prices of the prescriptions in line with what they needed to be. I monitored all the pricing done by representatives and sent out multiple emails to the call center to regulate what pricing was being done. I also called customers directly on a regular basis to make sure they were being serviced accurately.
