WORK EXPERIENCE

I worked in recognized oil companies in Venezuela and in Mexico in Construction companies in the Development of projects, in the control of documents in which I acquired experience in broad fields of study.

0.- From February 2022 to the current date I have worked as Project Manager in different projects: Construction of a Cold Room, Construction of apartment towers and the Construction of a plastic recycling plant.

1.- In the month of September 2021 to January 2022 I worked as Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield in the Kansas City Southern Project of Mexico in the Remodeling of the Santa Fe station in Veracruz, I am responsible for the work of giving timely and correct monitoring so that the project is executed on time, at cost with the expected quality and without accidents (safety and quality) also responsible for reviewing estimates, planning the work, managing MS Project, enforcing compliance with the project safety regulations, progress, construction reports. 2.- In 2020 until August 2021, I joined the Cushman & Wakefield PDS team for the Document Control area, carrying out all information control through Trasmittals, Submittals, personnel control, billing control of supervision services provided and the services of suppliers in the Nestlé Veracruz Factory Project. 3.- In 2019, I worked in the Country of Mexico and joined the Atlas Servicios Navieros team as an Administrative Project Analyst, carrying out Logistics, safeguarding, management of materials, equipment, tools, Document Control of personnel and project issues., Quality Dossier, Personnel Entry Control, Documentation Verification, Billing Control, Purchase Orders, everything related to the continuity of the Project.

4.- From 2013 to 2018 I worked for an oil company PDVSA in the country of Venezuela in the chemical area, I worked as a Quality Control Analyst, performing physicochemical analysis of petroleum products, thus determining the degree of quality of the product, the management of the quality management system, management of the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard, calibration and certification of high-tech equipment used for analysis in the chemical laboratory.

5.- I worked on a Project in the same PDVSA company, in the Expansion of the Amuay refinery in the Construction of the Rack of the pipes, demineralized water, raw water, Diesel, compressed air and fire and gas system, I was in charge of the correct assembly and installation, carrying out the corresponding quality test reports.

6.- In the year 2012-2013 I did my internship at the PDVSA company in the chemical laboratory carrying out a project with the SCALAR team which is in charge of measuring the degree of hydrocarbons in the waters used throughout the refining process.

7.- In 2009 I worked as a time assistant in the company PANTERSA of Venezuela, carrying out personnel checks, monthly payments to personnel, management of the automated personnel control and administration system ADP Version 3.6, attendance control, man-hour control in a project. 8.- I worked as a construction logistics assistant in 2007 with the company TRANSMEICA of Venezuela, I was in charge of preparing systems for the entry and exit of equipment, materials, tools on site, vehicle control and radio on site. Knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft office, writing letters, memoranda, purchasing order control.

9.- In 2008 I worked for the company FOMDEM in Venezuela in the collections department, where I managed all collection control, file control, customer service and receptionist. 10.- In 2007 I got my first job at the SEGUROS CORPORATIVOS company in Venezuela as a transcriber of tender bonds and administrative assistant.
