I was born in Chicago, Ill. In June 13ht of 1958.

I start studying in Monterrey, N.L. Mexico Elementary School from 1964 to 1973 A er that I studied in HI school from 1975 to 1975 at Universidad Regiomontana. Then College in the University Autonomy of Nuevo Leon from 1975 to 1980 in the Civil Engineering Sec on.

I graduated in June of 1980 and took my final exam in November of the same year. A er I graduate from College, I start working in a construc on company in charge doing a Bank Branch for 8 months.

A er that, I got in to a company to be in a water collector from two ci es, Linares-Monterrey making all level grades plans between two ci es, the first 2 months I was doing plans, and a er I was in charge of the all crew and making plans too.

In 1981 a er finishing the project of aqueduct. I must change job because they want me to change address to Mexico City, and I didn’t want to go.

I start working In a Construc on Contrac ng in charge of preven ve and correc ng Machinery that consist in 40 construc on Machines. Then in the last part of 1981 In December of 1981, I went to a company in San Antonio, Tx. In charge of 2 projects, one was a drainage water about 3,000 lf. 5 . diameter steel corrugated pipe trough a golf course and 2 streets paving. In fall of 1982 I’d come back to Monterrey and start working in 3 project of new Houses developments including: sewer lines, water lines, concrete sidewalk and street asphalt paving. About Three different places with 200 lots Each.

In 1984-1988 I’d work with another construc on company working first in a different size of pipes between 15 to 24 inches diameter in a sport club, and a open theater for 2,000 people includes stands, forum, bathrooms, etc.

Warehouse with 300 x 100 lf. Including heavy machinery founda ons. In 1988 I did start my own company and working in different projects. First working with Cemex Main Offices making a cover of a structure with shotcrete. Next, I start with a wastewater treatment plant in Escobedo, N.L. Mexico doing the concrete aerators. In 1989 we made a remodeling of a movie theater.

In the same year I made 2 Residen al Homes with 6,000 sf. Each. From beginning to the end. In 1990 we work in the access road of the Pump House of the Zimapan Dam doing all the rain storms drainage, slope protec on with riprap and concrete pads. The total length of the road was 5 miles. 1n 1991. We did 10 concrete bridges cast in place in the Monterrey-Laredo Highway in a place call Mamulique . the amount of the project was 300 millions. In 1993 I was working inside of a Hylsa steel plant in a project call 2000. Consists in a heavy reinforced concrete founda on for the new phase.

A er That, in 1995 I was in the construc on of the lakes, swimming pools and river for Sessame Street theme park in Monterrey from 1994 t0 1996.

In 1997 I was in a project inside the Cadereyta Refinery working in a different job like 40,000 sy of concrete slopes, 20,000yd. of sidewalks, 25,000sy. Of asphalt paving inside streets including Subgrade, Flex Base, 4” of prime asphalt surface and 3” of finishing Asphalt. In 2000 to 2003 I’d work with different projects for different companies of slope protec on with shotcrete and anchors these kinds of projects are like residen al houses, ver cal buildings, and tunnel. In 2003 and 2004 I did work in a slope protec on for a ver cal building. 2005 I was in a slope protec on with Cemex for the new building besides the central office includes, shotcrete anchors an excava on.

In 2006 I work in a slope protec on with retaining concrete wall and anchors to save houses of a crack on the ground.

From 2007 to 2022 I was in different projects about concrete founda ons, buildings, school buildings and residen al construc on.

In June of 2022 I’d start working with Joe Funk Construc on, Inc. in Dallas been in charge like a project manager of 6 different projects like, sewer lines in Garland, Tx., sewer lines in Weatherford, Tx., sewer lines, force main line, and Sewer Li Sta on in Boyd Tx., sewer force Main and Sewer Li Sta on in Aubrey Tx., concrete paving in parking lot inside Flagpole Hill Dallas Tx., including concrete sidewalks, water services and concrete paving in Richardson Tx. These projects I’d finish them in November 2023.
