• Responsible on all matters related to the agricultural subcomponent of the project to ensure delivery of project outputs.

• Providing advisory, technical and regulatory services to the different actors and or stakeholders in livestock based value chains.

• Partnering, coordinating and facilitating the implementation of both government and donor funded livestock projects in the province.

• Designing, organizing and conducting staff and farmer training courses on livestock production, management and marketing of both small stock (poultry, rabbits, sheep and goats) and large stock (beef and dairy animals) in communal and resettled farm communities in the province.
