Professional Grooming:

By the stroke of luck I opened the account of my professional grooming with the erection of the power plant Unit, which different organizations. Tasks which were performed during the tenure of erection are as following.

Arrangement of lighting with concealed wiring was accomplished and connections were made.

Erection of the H.T. Panels and 11 KV Connections were made.

Installation of L.T. Panels and main power cables were laid in the trenches according to electrical layout.

Power supply from L.T. Panels was assured to the electrical panels of the machine in all sections.

Electrical circuitry and connections were completed inside the panels according to diagrams and with the assistance of erectors of the brands.

Distribution panels were installed in every section in secondary supply to the machines in all sections.

Got acquainted with 72K,48K,24k,4k,1.5k,1k,0.5k planned maintenance activity of HFO Fire Wärtsilä Engine (18V32) & UNIC-C1.

UNIC –C1 (Modification fuel demand reference wiring lay out and commissioning done.

(Modification Techo failure Alarm wiring lay out and commissioning done.

18V32 All DG turbine washing unit installed and wiring lay out also commissioning done.
