Made determinations regarding patient referrals to other paraclinical professional or consultants, patient medications, and patient discharge from the Emergency Department based on lab results.

Wrote patient progress notes detailing changes in the patient’s condition and upon receiving new positive paraclinical findings.

Prepared learning plans and provided disease awareness/self-care training to patients with chronic diseases like diabetes mellitus and hypertension, in the social security Administration. August 2015-June 2017.
