o Developing IMDS training increased customer IMDS acceptance from 41% to 99%. then training 288 global associates in my procedures, work instructions, and audit check list to sustain our success.

o Training quality associates in three NAO plants in efficient GR&R planning and deployment in weld cut & etch, variable and attribute gaging assured customer and IATF requirements were met on-time and allowed correlation between check fixtures, CMM and MapVision judgement results reducing an 8% false reject rate to less than 2%.

• Supervised seven UAW quality associates training them in variable thread measurement, enhanced containment audits and reporting, and pictorial defect boundary sample cataloguing for consistent product quality judgements reducing spline and other scrap by 62%.

• Hiring five corporate supplier development engineers and six contract engineers to audit, assess and train suppliers and NAO plants increasing first time PPAP submissions ftom11% to 98% and supplier PPM reduction by 97% over a three-year period.
