Feeders Supply Company - Sulphur Springs, TX

2016 to Present

after working all the time I realized there was more to life than that and I stepped away from the dairy to come to work for Feeders Supply Company.

Where I am currently working.

This is the beginning level of the cattle industry. Making the feed to help the farmers keep their cattle doing what they need them to do. I also help any customer that comes to the mill needing feed.

role from an umpire, board member, and now the president Hopkins County Girls Softball Association

1991 to Present

in some sort of a role from an umpire, board member, and now the president. In these roles I am working with the public to give the girls the best experience they can have. As an umpire dealing with angry parents or coaches, knowing how diffuse and handle a problem. Same goes as being a board member or president, just problems or situations are not a direct result of a field issue, but an issue before they get to the field. I love being able help these girls learn and play the game that I love so much.Thank you for taking time to read my resume and hope to be able to talk with you about how I can help your company.

There I

2014 to 2014

in the Vogt department.

This department was the assembly and test department of Vogt department. My responsibilities were to make sure that orders to the assembled, tested, reworked if needed all to be done on time. I helped schedule the orders to the assemblers and testers to make sure the orders were completed to the customers orders.

In 2014 I left Flowserve to pursue my interests in farming. I went to work for Bar-G Too Dairy as their herd manager.

There we milked two hundred and fifty cows along with raising about two hundred and fifty baby calves. My roles were to make sure the cows and calves got what the needed when they needed. I was responsible for diverting problems and fixing when or if they occurred. Making sure all sickness was taken care of in a timely manner and animals were cured. Our average death rate on the farm with this many animals was less than one percent on average for every year.

This taught me to pay close attention to detail to keep this operation working and being productive. Education
