Provide support in Project Management to consultants and contractors.

Develop scopes of work, schedules, and verify work plans, managing project activities within budgetary and contractual requirements across projects ranging from $5 - $280 million.

Develop project execution plans, establish BIM standards (BEP/PEP), implement change management processes, and review procedures for project handover to Consultants, General Contractors, Contractors, Trades, and Suppliers.
