PROJECTS

SIMULINK - Battery Pack modeling for vehicle run time, heat rejection and cell ageing

• Used parameterization to build 3RC ECM cell model using test generated HPPC data and created battery pack with thermal system.

• Enabling visualization of right cooling plate selection for a particular type of cell on a pack.

• Used the pack modeling to estimated runtime and energy consumption for a given duty cycle and estimating heat rejection to size thermal system.

• Conceptualizing cell capacity and internal resistance growth using inbuilt tool features. Python and Python Libraries - Self-Driving Car using Deep Learning, Computer vision and machine learning.

• Applied Computer Vision and Deep Learning techniques to build algorithms to train, validate and classify traffic signals.

• Used python libraries such as Keras and Numpy for imagine processing, road lane detection and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classification. Classification was carried by understanding fundamental perceptron-based network.

• Simulated a fully functional Self-Driving Car with CNN and Computer Vision, by gathering data from CarSim.

• CarSim data were image processed, balanced, and altered to sync with nvidea classification requirements for optimized learning and validation of throttle level and steering angle of the fully functional self-Driving car.

ARDUINO - Portable Automated Dosa Making Machine

• Conceptualized and fabricated a fully functional Portable Automated Dosa (South Indian staple) making machine. It allows the user to obtain “ready to eat dosas” at the press of a button. The process was automated by amalgamating mechanical mechanisms, stepper motors and servo motors using Arduino Microprocessors for control strategy.

• Sponsored by Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology – KSCST. CERTIFICATION • Six Sigma: Green Belt Project Management Institute Credential ID: 100**********

• Self-Driving Car course: Applied Deep learning Udemy Learning Credential ID: UC- 3c9311d3-69f0-496d-ac8b-612f686ba261

AWARDS • GM Recognition “Achiever” for tech review and sourcing activity for low voltage lithium- ion battery pack aiding in supplier selection.

• Rolls Royce “Customer Recognition” for on time design solution delivery for aero engine combustion outer casing enabling instrumentation and development validation testing.

• Team member of college cricket team which is played at the varsity level of VTU and UM, Dearborn.
