Management Trainee May 2022 – August 2023

As a Management Trainee, I started learning the business from day one while based out of the Colma, CA branch. I served as the face of Enterprise to customers, and as the behind-the-scenes operational expert for the retail business. Through the training program, I developed knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a retail branch, build new business, and develop a team.

Key business expertise that I developed included customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

Operated a youth sports business to teach young athletes the rules, techniques and strategies of various sports including flag football, track and field and basketball.
