o Represent Vought at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Everett & Renton, WA. o Responsibilities include:

Direct interface with Boeing mechanics and line inspectors concerning the installation and performance of pressurized aircraft doors on the following models; 737-600, 737-700, 737-800, 737-900, 737-700C, 747-400, 757-200, 757-200 Package Freighter, 757-300, 767 & 777.

Direct interface with Boeing mechanics and line inspectors concerning the installation and performance of 747, 757 & 767 empennage components including horizontal and vertical stabilizers and the forward and aft 48 sections manufactured by both Vought in Dallas, TX, and Chengdu Aircraft Co. in China.

Direct interface with Boeing mechanics and line inspectors concerning the installation and performance of 747 Floor beams manufactured Vought in Stuart, FL & Dallas, TX.

Direct interface with Boeing mechanics and line inspectors concerning the installation and performance of 777 flaps and spoilers manufactured by Vought in Milledgeville, GA & Stuart, FL. 3 P a g e

Coordinate required rework and/or repair of pressurized doors, floor beams and aerostructures, after delivery, which includes Supervising Vought mechanics, Scheduling jobs to support Boeing production, ordering warranty replacement parts, and ensuring favorable disposition of Vought products.

o Review Supplier Health Metrics published by Boeing, as it relates to Vought products, and assert erroneous data (Chargebacks).

o Develop and maintain accurate performance metrics and use the metrics to communicate to the Vought sites, real performance trends.

o Use internal corrective action and product improvement initiatives (CQI), to continually improve the Vought products and avoid formal Boeing Trouble Reports. o Continually communicate with the Boeing purchasing community, and all levels of Boeing management, to maintain a positive Vought image.

o Communicate to Vought management the concerns and appreciation expressed by the customer o Lead Procurement Quality Engineer.

Review and approve purchase orders.

Establish part acquisition requirements.

Survey and approve supplier Quality Control systems.

Perform product integrity audits.

Review and approve functional acceptance test procedures and reports.

Review and investigate GIDEP alerts.

Develop and monitor supplier performance parameters including rework and repair costs

(Chargebacks).

Resolve installation and performance discrepancies with supplier provided products. Investigate supplier disclosures and react accordingly.

Program experience Summary: I have experienced over my career the acquisition process, fabrication, qualification and acceptance testing, and use of purchased parts and equipment to support the following Vought programs, among others: B-1B, B-2B, C-17, S-3A, A-7, EA-6B, Boeing Commercial and G-V. The eight years of operating independently as a Vought representative onsite at the Boeing Co. have taught me how to tailor my professional activities to best satisfy the customer.

This experience, combined with the recent intensive exposure as a Boeing employee to the 787 program at Frederickson, FA&D, CFAC, Mainland China and Boeing South Carolina as well as the 777-X and 767 in Everett has postured me favorably to lead and grow an effective Quality Control program.
