CURRENT POSITION (Manager underground mining operations at MMB )

Responsible for mine operations, production, safety and maintenance.

Directed and gave technical support along with leadership in moving the Boleo mines from a test mine mode into a multiple mines operations establishing mineral recovery method utilizing MRS S and Semishields.

Constructed a comprehensive training and development program for both hourly and salaried employees, increasing work performance and improving the overall safety performance of the workforce.
