Utilize detailed assembly drawings/instructions, bill of materials and electrical harness/ panel wiring schematics to prepare and complete wiring harnesses. Use various hand tools, machines to complete the harness builds. Inspect completed harnesses for discrepancies such as labels, terminals, connections, breaks in wires. Etc.

May 2019 to September 2022

As a Electrical Harness Assembler, I performed wire harness fabrication at a table using 6 gauge to hairline gauge wires. Assembled harnesses for use in push-back tug machines used by airlines to push- back the airplanes. Terminated wire ends with different components. Reworked, loomed wires, and attached wire together adding pin contacts and other connectors. Cutting, stripping, crimping, marking and identification of wires with inkjet machine. IPC 620/ J standards. Made all this happen with schematics and blue prints Experience fabricating harnesses.

I also have tested cables on a cirrus machine documenting any discrepancies. I have done pull tests, hipot tests, continuity tests, optical compactors, thread gage, ring gage, and used multimeters for testing and inspecting. I excel in Math.
