Assist HR leadership to streamline the onboarding process for the Police Department proactively.

HR Business Partner

Manage and oversee the entire HR function for the Hotel and Restaurant, including but not limited to recruiting, training, payroll processing, terminations, compensation and benefits administration.

Recommends actions to be taken to ensure optimal performance and manage all appropriate disciplinary measures.

Work with the corporate office to ensure the policies and procedures are performed accurately and timely.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws FLSA, ADA, FMLA.
