Project Cost of Rs. 2968 Cores with a peak work force of over 10000 The total stretch of CMRL was 38 km (9 underground metro stations, in which there are 14 Km was underground with TBM and rest are elevated. My role and responsibilities were quite diverse looking shaft for the TBM arranging tally system fire fighting and ventilation were the chief concerns. Provide recommendations & reports for revising safety procedures, work processes and other quality improvement measures.

To devise, manage, maintain, and implement the Health & Safety System and to inform the Directors/Managing Director of their responsibilities in ensuring the system is fully complied with. To act as the Lead Auditor and schedule Internal Audits and liaise with the External Auditor in his/her Audit requirements.
