Utilized cad tools to develop and modify battery models (OEM) for vehicles based on the JIS standards.

Autonomous vehicle project

Programmed the electronics (ECU) and then converted the motor driven RC vehicle to Autonomous vehicle by using Arduino controller with the help of Hall sensors and ultrasonic sensors. In this process understood the ADAS. FIRE BREATHING RACERS:

Chassis and Suspension Design and Fabrication: (BIW body in white)

Worked as a design engineer for Team Fire Breathing Racers- (2016-2019)

Designed and fabricate go-karts for ISK 2017 and ISK 2018, competitions, adhering to FMSCI rulebook and SKDC 2018 (FMAE)

Participated in International Series of Karting (ISK), Student Kart Design Challenge (SKDC), and Quad Bike Design Challenge

SOLIDWORKS, NX and ANSYS used in the design development process to ensure high precision in dimensions.

Gained practical knowledge of vehicle manufacturing and chassis development.

Developed Independent Suspension design for front wheels and mono suspension for rear wheels with suitable calculations for the Quad bikes. Created 3d models and manufactured springs and knuckles.

Developed expertise in material selection for various working environments, NDT testing of welding as a mini project. Overall designed manufactured the Go-karts and ATV vehicles based on the rulebooks provided by the organization with high precision, developed the chassis and suspension system to the respective vehicles. ACHIVEMENTS:

Ranked 4th in the SKDC national go-kart design competition.3rd in presentation, and 2nd in the skid-pad event. I was also honored to be the Vice Captain for Team Fire Breathing Racers.
