• CoatOSil MP-200 (Coating BU - NPI): Successfully translated CoatOSil MP-200 from Termoli, Italy to Sistersville, WV through three production scale up of 10MT. The cycle time was reduced. The project will have a benefit of $MM for Sistersville plant with multi MT volume production.

• SAG Endure (Agricultural BU - NPI): Successfully scaled up in Sistersville WV. The total market estimate is multi thousand MT/Year.

• SiH Fluid Lites Ends recovery (Industrial BU - RTS): Led technical evaluations and execution of SiH Fluid lites recovery in Waterford, NY. Saving $MM for MPM.

• Raw Material Qualification: Conducted lab works to check the quality and compatibility of the new raw material sources and make sure the downstream product’s quality is intact and report all the findings and differences. Working with the procurement team also for identifying new supplier.

• New personal care additive (PC BU - NPI): Scaled up the additive with the estimated multi MT.

• EHS Activities: Led Sistersville Process Technology safety team (2019 and 2020). Team drove completion of >20 actions during 2019 and 2020. Representative of Process Technology at Sistersville Plant “Central Steering Team” meetings. Participated in multiple 5Ss and exposure reductions events.
