I have been a Manager for many years in both the Restaurant and Retail industry. I find both concepts rewarding as well as a challenge. I once managed a food court in Vero Beach, FL. It consisted of seven branded concepts. I supervised fifty-five employees, two Supervisors, and two Assistant Managers. I wrote the employee handbook and the catering menu.
I have received awards, raises, and promotions for my performance. Great customer service is the key to my success. I go out of my way for each and every customer to keep them coming back. I treat the customer as if they were my best friend! I enjoy what I do and it shows!

I was the General Manager of a company owned Sbarro Pizza Restaurant in the Wellington Green Mall. I had also managed a Sbarro restaurant on the Florida Turnpike working for Marriott. Unfortunately, the company sold all the Sbarro restaurants in Florida and my store was the first to be sold.
