Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD), West Bethesda, MD 1/2000 – 4/2001

Development and Maintenance of Workload Planning System.

This system collects data on Directorate programs funded by sources external to the Naval Surface Warfare Centers. It stores data for the current fiscal year and the next six fiscal years and feed the data for other accounting system. The client module is coded using Forms 6i and Reports 6i (Developer 2000) and the server modules are coded in ORACLE (ver 8i) on the UNIX server. The Web interface is implemented using the Oracle Application Server 9i.

The system incorporates the data from 1.5 million patients tested by 33,000 physicians across 33 states. Merck pharmaceutical company uses this system for evaluating osteoporosis data to market their drugs. The client module is coded using Developer 2000 and the server modules are coded in ORACLE (ver 7.3.2.3) in NT server. This system retrieves data from other systems developed in MS Access and generates management reports.
