First Brands Group (Brownsville) End of Line (Final Inspection) Jan 2024 – Present

Inspection of customer product before shipping. Verification of product in relation to packaging, quantity, and engineering requirements. Record each order and record finding and ensure rejections are documented w ith pictures as needed.

Fisher Dynamics (Brownsville) Quality Auditor 3rd Shift Feb 2022 – Jan 2024

The following are my basic duties as a quality auditor for Fisher Dynamics metal stamping operations. Communicate with previous shift auditors on any product deviations or press issues. Work with press operators as needed to accept or reject product by applying customer drawing requirements. Ensure product fits and passes gage assembly fixtures and on some product passes CMM and Program vision system tolerances. Record findings by product in Plex (shop control system) as first piece inspection or last piece inspection results. Any rejected product is recorded in Plex with a description of findings.

Select Staff (Panasonic Los Indio’s) Lead Second Shift 2020 -2020

Warehouse work, worked with supervisor to ensure product was prepared and count verified by customer order and truck carrier. Operators were trained on labeling and pallet preparation. Reassigned operators as needed to ensure orders would be ready on schedule departure time. Handled special pickups and verified each truck cargo was double checked prior to departure.

Link Staffing: (National Electric Coil) Quality Auditor 2nd Shift 2019- 2019

Worked 2nd shift as a quality auditor on electrical coils for large generators. Coils were laminated copper strips formed into special shapes-based generator requirements. Verified coils for cosmetic and physical issues like blisters, burns, leakage current. Verified incoming parts against bill of lading. Verified final coil kit shipment containers by part number and each component test history, took photos of components to support how parts were packed prior to shipping.

Ck-Technology: (Quality Coordinator) 1st Shift 2013-2018

Trained quality auditors for all three (3) shifts by area injection molding, painting, customer return area. Worked with Quality Engineers on process improvements and customer issues as needed. Developed inspection plan on inventory with any type of customer complaint. Assign quality auditors to do the inspection and answer questions as needed; do a material purge of non-conforming material. If purchased part is involved notify Supplier Quality Team and work with suppliers on site inspection Team as needed. Send samples to suppliers and verify supplier provides a clean point of certified part delivery in quantities need to support production.

Audited supplier modified process to ensure out going corrective action was effective as needed.

Zodiac Seats (Supplier Quality Specialist) AS9100 2008-2011

Supported product transfer from Gainesville, Tx to Chihuahua, Mx.
