USING SURVEYING INSTRUMENT:

RESPOSIBILITES AND ACTIVITIES:

As a surveyor:

Perform survey work under the direction and guidance of Civil Section Manager.

Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points including. Including reference ties for re- establishing the points in the field.

Making permanent control points and temporary control points for controlling the project.

Assist with development of project procedures, specifying and sourcing technical equipment, planning survey activities.

Structural Survey (Using Total Station and automatic level)

Setting out of all types of road works, sewerage, pipelines and storm water.

Responsible for attending requests for inspection all survey and setting out and levels based on work procedure.

Check completed work for conformance as per plan and Specification of the project in coordination with the Consultant.

Coordinate with the Contractor’s Surveyor on works Schedule.

Check all works by completing traverse closures and bench circuits

Checking and arranging report, certificate of survey, survey computation of field works. Submitting final survey documents for approval as required by the ministry.

Prepare all survey reports for the Consultant, conduct joint survey with the consultant survey inspector.

As a Site Engineer Cum supervisor:

Perform under the direction and guidance of Civil Section Manager.

Manage civil works on site, orient daily activity.

Check completed work for conformance as per plan.

Check the plan.

Check and calculation BBS quantity and concrete quantity.

Make Daily Progress and Daily labour Report.

Coordinate with the Contractor’s.
