AT&T’s then existing B2B e-commerce platforms faced challenges with people, process, and, technology fronts with six different product catalogs sitting on outdated technology and manual processes to manage the products, with different versions of Oracle ATG, some even managed through excel. (That is right!), several process gaps in operating these product catalogs along with other ecommerce features resulting in inconsistent Omni channel customer experience, sometimes even discrepancies and operational in efficiencies.

As lead strategist, the challenge was to evaluate current B2B ecommerce landscape across various teams and leaderships focusing on product catalog management and recommend end to end solution for technology as well as processes fronts.
