Roles & Responsibilities

Overall procurement activities related to production Raw materials

(BOM), Mechanical, Electrical, Consumable, Stationary and PPE that meets the system specification within approved cost.

Negotiate in terms of quality, price, delivery and payments terms with suppliers to set the guidelines for clear understanding of purchasing parameters and processes.

Supplier assessment and conducting Vendor Audits at regular intervals. Evaluating vendor performance based on PQD (Product / Quality / Delivery) for higher range of services from vendor.

Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Develop alternative sources in local instead of imported raw materials which helps in cost saving.

Prepare and provide weekly and monthly MIS report as per Management requirement. During the audit, coordinate with them and provide data as required by Audit team.
