Mt Barker Free Range Chicken,Australia, 3/2014-6/2015 I worked in Mt Barker as food processor unit for a year . It is a chicken factory where the chicken package are same as Hallmark in canada. During the time in factory i worked in a mostly packaging and labeling department and somettime some time a general helper. The main duties of my work were . -Equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming - Remove parts, such as skin, feathers,scales,or bone from carcass - Cleaned, trim, slice, and section carcass for future processing. - Processed primal parts into cuts that are ready for retail use. -Obtained and distribute specified meat or carcass. -Weight meats and tags continers for weight and content

spudshed Fresh fruit Market,Australia, 7/2015-3/2016 After a year later i joined a fresh fruit company as same as vegetable packager. I worked there as a packager like same in chicken factory. The main duties at the veggies packer were -load and unload fresh veggies and fruits from the truck. -Inspecting the quaility,freshness and any sign of damage or spoiled. - Sorting fruits and vegetables according to size, color and variety. -Washing, cleaning and trimmimg produce as needed. - Packaging fruits and vegetable into containers or bags. - Weighing and labeling package produce accuratly - -Follow food safety and hygien - Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety standards are met.
