When larger modifications were required I would hire external personnel and work with limited time frames to accomplish modifications. Touch ups and complete renovations painting floor to sealing for lobby, suites with apron sq footages ranging from 900-2000 sq ft, all with 100 % success rates upon recieval, Prior to painting any property I fixed any imperfections.
