Project management/directed drafters, Process and Material flow control analysis, design new parts & modified surplus parts to build a “C” style Ram-Vise tube end forming machine; new side plates, 2 new base plate, new die holder couple, Spacers for narrow-wide die, extension assembly and a cam style tube stop system to update a Ram-Vise tube end forming machine that is located in the customer place; also set statements directing customer’s technicians to modify old parts of this machine and re-install all. New parts and modified surplus parts to rebuild a Ram-Vise machine from one level forming machine to high precision two level tool change forming machine. Analysis then improved ram cold forming process making prototype successfully by using a new designed mandrel tool, outside support. Design-Choose Gear actuator, frames supporting control panel, sheet metal enclosure for power union. Communicated with customers and answered their questions.
