Location: Pune (India)

Project Profile: The Client, Axis Bank India, was acquiring merchant transactions within the Card Networks; Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The client was sunsetting the previous application and was building a new application to handle the Disputed Transactions coming from the Card networks, process them internally, route them to the Merchants and also handle the Merchant response.

My responsibilities were as below

Participated and contributed on workshops with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to define the strategies, process flows, application design and User Interfaces.

Analyzed functional requirements for customizing the application for disputes from card networks; MasterCard, Visa and American Express, with a focus on the client-specific enterprise systems.

Created clear, unambiguous and well-structured features and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Analyzed and documented requirements, refined and prioritized product backlog with Product Owners.

Participated in Release Planning, Requirements Grooming as well as Sprint Planning Sessions.

Assisted Scrum team with review of their test cases, validated their functional testing results as well as managed UAT with End-users.

The role of AAA in the dispute resolution process was to manage cases from filing to closing.
