Resume:

Good morning, I am a Nurse Practitioner moving to Gulf Shores, Alabama. My husband is an excavator, and a Tree Service and Services .nurse Practitioner moving to Gulf Shores Alabama. My husband is a excavator, and a Tree Service and handles a lot of government contracts.. We also have a sawmill at our home that we use for fun, basically.

I happen to see your job advertisement for a plant manager.

My husband has spent over 40 years managing operations for his tree service as well as his excavating service. Charles, my husband, opted to start a business and not attend college 40 years ago. Charles is probably the most brilliant hard-working gentleman I’ve ever met in my life. As a matter of fact, he’s married and primarily to his business and second to me. He will deny that, but I’m telling you the truth.

His passion for trees is a kin to my passion for medicine multiplied by 1 million. Literally in the middle of the night I find him watching videos on YouTube about people cutting down the largest trees in the world, creating with the wood that they obtain dreaming about all the possibilities that come with working in this business.

I read all of the details regarding what you’re looking for in candidates for this position and he does not have several of them, especially the formal education. he exceeds a lot of the requirements that you are asking for the CEO, CFO, operations manager, recruitment and hiring and basic management a 30+ million Company that he started when he was 17 years old.

Literally he leaves for work at four in the morning because we live in Virginia and he comes home around 8 PM every day. I understand he works hard because he love what he does.

He has only been sick one time in the past 15 years, and that was with the flu and pneumonia a couple years ago, otherwise he never takes off work.

I will get you the reason I’m sending you this message. I am planning on moving to Alabama and start working. He is planning on staying here in Virginia for the next several years until he decides to sell his company, or just let his brother run it independently. I have really almost begged him to come with me, but he doesn’t believe that there is a job in Alabama that would allow him to his passion and his beliefs along with his work ethic in order to feel productive, satisfied, and literally be the best at what he does. I happened upon your job opportunity and immediately and thought this is something he would love to do and he would be phenomenal working in the job.

I decided I will reach out to you and see If you would even consider this type of applicant. If you decide that you might be looking at his résumé, please let me know and I will have him send it to you. This is somewhat unorthodox and unusual to have a spouse reach out to you regarding a job how ever your job posting

Immediately captured my attention.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my message and if you have any interest at all, I hope to hear from you. Enjoy the beauty and peace of alabama Wish I can’t wait to enjoy myself, after living right outside Washington DC for the past 50 years just walking outside your home and speaking freely is a terrifying event. Sincerely, Cynthia McFarland

Just as an FYI: my husbands name is Charles Nelson and his Co companies names are C & D Tree Service and CD excavating services. They are located in Vienna, Virginia.
