Responsible for negotiating Redistribution Fees with Pharmaceutical manufacturers that amounted to $24,800,000 and $6,800,000 in EBITDA in the first year of operation.

Negotiated with multiple transportation providers to perform daily deliveries to all 24 distribution centers. Annual spend on Transportation was $5,600,000.

Responsible for establishing Inventory Management Team of 12 hourly associates and an Inventory Manager to perform daily Inventory Management functions.

Successfully negotiated all transportation contracts to reduce costs by $77,000. This included the selection and implementation of a new carrier for all hospital and pharmacy deliveries.

Designed a cross functional team to explore and implement lean processes that reduced operating costs by $45,000 and improved order picking accuracy from 96.5% to 99.0%.
