Made outbound calls to our students to assist them in keeping their Federal Student Loans in good standing with the Department of Education. We were a free service to our students. Bringing students current with their student loans by educating them with the available programs through the Department of Education. We provided them with completed forms based on their immediate needs. All they had to do was sign, date and provide supporting documents. We would submit the application to their servicer after receiving all information needed from the student. We would also follow up on all applications and make sure the servicer had received the application and processed them correctly. As a leader in my department of ten employees, the department goals were set by my work performance. We made a real difference in our student's life although most calls were not well received.

I love to do mission work. I'm currently in the final arrangement for a mission trip to Yoro Honduras in September 2021. I have been to Nicaragua to help build local churches in El Viejo, and the surrounding area. I'm involved with my local church with all outreach and community programs. I have been a part of World Changers for over 10 years. I have helped with Children's Hospital and UPC.
