For the last six years I have been working as an Altera Digital Health consultant on the “Managed Services Contract” for Northwell Health. I provided Northwell Health with technical expertise to consolidate numerous diverging legacy systems into more unified modern platforms with a significantly reduced overall footprint – providing improved savings and increased efficiencies.

Experienced in Software Development projects: I was the project manager for the award-winning NYPD ECMS system – which revolutionized criminal investigation case management for the world’s largest and most advanced police department. The Electronic Case Management system not only collects investigative DD5’s (investigation reports) but also allows NYPD to capture and record evidence – both electronic and physical – and many other features. I also have hands on experience with software development database design.

Provided technical guidance (for more than 2 years) for implementing Experian’s eCARE NEXT Platform – eCARE NEXT provides Insurance Eligibility Verification, Coverage Discovery, Patient Estimates, Registration QA, and many other functions.

Provided technical guidance (for over a year) to implement Artiva’s HCX platform – Artiva provides Northwell Health with advanced collections capabilities resulting in significant enhanced revenues.

Collaborated with Northwell Health Business and OCIO personnel and vendor technical resources.

Lead and moderated technical discussions between engineering, technical and facility operations staff to obtain specific technical design goals.

Documented technical design specifications in project TDDs - produced diagrams for the InSITE as well as for design.

Managed the project with a web-based waterfall tool.

Documented requirements for the system including data models.

DOT Time Lapse Tool Migration – Technical Business Analyst / Software Developer

Configured a new server and made repairs in PHP and SQL as well as upgrades to the DOT Time Lapse Tool and developed a system portal and coded several real-time data reports.

For the DOT Time Lapse Tool – migrated the code, repaired the MYSQL database, added numerous additional PHP modules, produced SQL Stored Procedures to do traffic density calculations.
