I tested the Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) software to be integrated for execution with the Multi-Channel Contact Center approach being used by TRICARE Call Center agents. Verified test plans and procedures for the DoD W-TIC and developed, executed, and analyzed Rational Robot GUI automated test scripts to verify DoD W-TIC Multiple Program Applications functionality and HL7 messaging. Coordinated meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions. I developed Mercury LoadRunner automated test scripts to analyze performance criteria for DoD W-TIC Multiple Program Applications functionality. Conducted detailed Black-Box and White-Box tests against all areas of DoD W-TIC and performed manual and automated regression tests. Evaluated, prepared, and updated system/software-level security requirements for the Indian health Service (IHS), Veterans Administration (VA), and Department of Defense (DoD) Government Computer-Based Patient Record (GCPR) Framework Project.
