Research and create innovative design team coalitions for each multi-family project, depending on whether a wrap, podium, garden, or high-rise product. Team collaboration for due diligence of all land and real estate acquisitions and entitlements, ESA, Geotech, Environmental studies. Lead and manage design team, Architectural, MEP, Structural, ID, Landscape, Low Voltage, ID for creation of the design concept suited for the tracts of land that Legacy Partners secures for each individual project, starting with schematic design, DD, CD, Permit, GMP and IFC phases. Procure the General Contractor through a partnership process or selective bid process to bring on board and work along side of Legacy and the Design Team, from pre-construction through GMP and through all construction phases and into leasing and close-out for future sale. Contract and procure all FFE, fitness equipment, security, low voltage, artwork, and signage vendors separate from the GC responsibilities. Interaction and programming with the entire design team, development department, estimating and construction, throughout design, preconstruction all the way to occupancy collaboratively for a complete Integrated Project delivery. Oversee multiple teams and personnel that are assigned to each project. Management of subcontractors or General Contractors selected for the projects. Harwood International Development, Inc. – Senior Project Manager – Dallas, Texas – 2015 to 2016 Owner’s construction manager representative overseeing all commercial and residential projects concurrently.
