As a claims adjuster, I write estimates for damages to the dwellings of our policy holders by in person inspections of the exterior and interior damages that have occurred due to weather catastrophes and disasters. I also consider the damages to real property within the dwelling, personal property and exterior damages beyond the actual dwelling structure.

The housing inspections are thoroughly sketched, documented and recorded using Xactimate software which is standard across the industry. I also interview the policy holders for an accurate description of any and all damages to the structure.
