My name is Hector Valencia, I’m a 16-year- old High-school sophomore looking forward to find my first job.

I want to work with respectful and responsible coworkers and employers, as I believe people should be treated the way they treat others.

I am willing to be responsible for myself and others and am not afraid to ask for help when I need it. As well as being dependable and reliable,I will not need to be micromanaged. I am constantly looking for new ways to improve myself and contribute more to society. I listen, and take feedback seriously and am open-minded when presented with new ideas. However any position I receive must be during non school hours I could the weekend or when you need an employee after 2-3pm I also go to the gym so, I can lift over 30-50 pounds over my head picking stuff up from the ground 100 pounds plus I’m pretty strong in general Ill put my self through the best situations possible if stuff goes sideways I’ll always keep a friendly attitude even If im feeling some type of way during work or a person disrespects me in my own job environment I’ll keep my cool and still treat them the same.
