Community Health Systems – Corporate/ESC Payroll Tax Manager October 2008- November 2018

Achievements: In 2009 successfully balanced and converted 62+ multi-FEIN hospitals and clinic facilities from HCA Host Payroll to HMS Payroll. Worked with 630+ decentralized FEINS on nine different payroll platforms. Successfully balanced and converted all decentralized FEINs from the HMS and various payroll platforms to UltiPro Payroll System and Ceridian Tax System. Centralized the payroll and the payroll tax process at the corporate office. In 2014 successfully converted 206 multi-FEINs hospitals and clinic facilities from various payroll systems to UltiPro Payroll System. Established, trained and oversaw the payroll tax department of seven individuals. Recouped over $10 million dollars from the IRS due to unresolved tax notices to bring all accounts to the bottom line.
