SUMMARY

As an SPHR certified human resources professional, I bring extensive experience as a liaison supporting the HR and Talent Acquisition objectives of both government agencies and private sector organizations. In my prior role, I was a HR Director for a large healthcare provider. I successfully led a team of 4, excelling in providing end-to-end HR services. Coordinates with other HR managers on employee transfers between Districts to ensure record transfer and communication.

Generates and reconciles the (idle/active) Inactive Employee Bi Weekly Report.

Randomly (based on a created plan) audits timesheets and employee data for Wage Hour considerations, job codes, uniform maintenance allowance, fixed wages, etc.

Serves as HR contributor for new job start ups.

Completes the quarterly Affirmative Action report.

Facilitates responses to audits with Employee Relations (OFCCP, DOL, etc.)
