Present ITSM IMPLEMENTATIONS/Architect/Administrator/Sr. Remedy Developer Engineer

Responsible for various mission critical software applications being implemented throughout several agencies within the USDA organization. Utilizing ITIL strategy and Microsoft Operation Framework as a tool to manage all phases of the development, implementation, and support of both new and existing applications.

Architected, designed, developed, and implemented various solutions in different technologies. Using the ITIL V 3 framework and ITSM suite implemented efficiencies in processes and systems for the Client Technologies Service Agency.

Responsible for the development and deployment of several Change Management reports to the executive boards.

Worked closely with Change Management teams and release managers on monitoring and implementing new system and environment configuration changes that impacted several agencies within the USDA.

Architected, designed, and developed a home-grown Email Ticketing interface that allowed end-users to create Incidents, Change Requests, and Work Orders through Emails. The New interface was responsible for generating more than two million Remedy tickets since inception in 2013. The new Interface allowed end users to also update their tickets through email notifications.
