Alforat has cemented its place as the leading residential and gated community developer - Alexandria, Egypt. Team Leader of the following Projects: -

As a main link between Board of Directors of the Company and the all projects and their managers to follow up the stages of work execution, give them Technical Support and solve any problem they faced.

• Muruj Compound (Under Construction 80%): (102) Villas – Egypt: Total area 63000 m2 at a Cost about 70 million dollars.

• Sawary Square (Under Construction 75%): (3) Residential towers (11) residential floors with Total area 9500 m2 at a Cost about 20 million dollars.

• Twin Towers (Under Construction 90%): (2) Residential towers (11) residential floors with Total area 2400 m2 at a Cost about 10 million dollars.

• Saba Residences (finished): one Residential tower (11) residential floors with Total area 750 m2 at a Cost about 7 million dollars.

• Provide technical support to the Ministry and Department as an expert in the field of tenders and contracts.

• Prepared and reviewed tenders and assigned to companies & institutions in coordination with the relevant directorates.

4- G.Manager of Technical Dep. Three Years. From august 2011 until Dec 2015 – Egypt. Elsarya Invest Mental Estate Company.

• Sahel Hashish Resort - Hurghada – Egypt: Resort over Red sea with area about 25000 m2 at cost of 50 million dollars.

• Followed Up on contractual procedures and supervised execution for 3 Mega Projects with cost about 150 million dollars.

• Draft and review all kinds of Tenders and contracts with the consultants or / and contractors.

• Review all drawings and estimative sheets from consultants.

This Period also Including working as General Manager of Project Management Department and Technical office. As a Free Lancer. At Pharos University. • King Ranch Hotel – Borg Al Arab – Alexandria – Egypt: at cost of 35 million dollars.

• The residential University hotel - Alexandria – Egypt: at cost of 20 million dollars.

• The University Mosque Alexandria – Egypt: at cost of 8 million dollars.

• The College of Pharmacy Alexandria – Egypt: at cost of 25 million dollars.

• Followed Up on contractual procedures and supervised execution for 4 Mega Projects with cost about 90 million dollars.

5- Project Manager. More than Two Years and Half. From Mar 2009 until July 2011 – Egypt. Horse Alex Company.

As Project Manager of About 5 Projects Belongs to the Private Business of the Owner. Projects (Done) and Responsibilities: -

• Establish Maintenance Center for Chinese Vehicles (Jelly & Jack) - Cairo – Egypt: at a Cost about 5 million dollars.

• Erect Three Palaces with an area of 1600–1800 m2 for each mansion – Giza – Egypt: at a Cost about 1.5 million dollars for each one.

(In Co-Operation with Horse Alex Company).

As Project Executive Manager of the Project of the Factory of Recycling Plastic Products Supervised audits and collaborated with auditors.

Project (Done): -

• Factory of Recycling Plastic Products, Truck Scale, Warehouse Complex and an Administrative building - Cairo – Egypt: at a Cost about 40 million dollars. 6- Officer civil engineer. About Sixteen Years. July 1993 until March 2009 – Egypt. The Egyptian armed forces.

As an Officer Engineer for more than 16 years in Egyptian Armed Forces Who Design, Establish, Erect, Build and Supervise on many kinds of Structures (Fortificated Structures – Traditional Buildings

– Special Structures – Roads works – Bridges).

Projects (Done) and Responsibilities: -

• Executed many of Strong Points of Reinforced Concrete, including the hard layers along all external and internal road networks.

• Executed and supervised the implementation of manholes for fiber optics lines.

• Executed and finished of a concrete fortress including the implementation of the hard layers to fortify it with a luxurious surface of 2400 m2.

• Implemented and finished of a Building consisting of three floors for the Reconnaissance and War Security Agency with a surface area 1000m2.

• Established the Central Security Brigade affiliated with Ministry of Interior in Luxor – Egypt.

• Executed and supervised the implementation of the sports arena in Alexandria - Egypt, and supervised improvement of the Olympic Sports Center in Smouha area.

• Executed and finished of a residential tower for project management with a height of ten floors the Northern Military Region Command.

• Several more assignments on execution and maintenance of many projects related to the Northern Military Region Command.

• Executed all maintenance requirements for civil cities included all electronics, blooming and sewage networks.
