Reviewing Contractor Invoices by comparing daily work tickets, labor and/or equipment to Rate Sheet in Work Order; coding Invoices & forwarding to PMs for approval

Working with Vendors if corrections are needed to invoices

Running detail reports bi-weekly in SAP on each project to track actual vs. budgeted costs, (i.e. Contractor Invoices, company employee labor, overhead, taxes, etc) to ensure budget compliance

Preparing reimbursable job closings and invoicing by reviewing/documenting all charges to the WBS numbers are correct

Maintaining all financial and construction records for projects ranging from $30,000.00 to multi-million dollar

Interpreting Engineer’s Drawings/Sketches to reconcile materials for job closing

Attending monthly construction meetings within the Project Services group and providing updates on each project (i.e. project progress, budgeting)

Quarterly Accruals by providing up to date Detail Reports on projects to determine where the projects were financially vs. what was left to pay-out on the project

Meeting with Contract Inspectors, Construction Specialists and Project Managers to collect and review construction records to ensure that all DOT & Operator Qualification records are complete and in Compliance
