Development Training/Aid for Disabled

With Independent Living Skills- Daily and Professionally:

** When the Clients from the development program started learning the skills to become more independent, with their own jobs too, almost all held positions at the Roemer location, Each at different skill levels and abilities to work different lines, with most who were more than capable to work the higher level lines as hourly employees. I had developed a relationship with all of them and with my specialty in training, I switched from Client Coach position to Client Development Training. I was able to work side by side with each one of them as their teammate as I got them to reach more to their potential while learning the ways that are more natural for them to perform that works best. Showcasing their abilities, their skill level rises to what they are really capable of, that is easily seen by their job performance. Now you can show them how great they really are doing their job when seeing what they accomplished. Best Part, from time to time when riding the same bus as some of them, I always hear, “DANI, Hi!” I smile for the rest of the day.

ThedaCare Cancer Center, Appleton WI

Building’s Team Lead Cleaner

July 2023 to September 2023 (I will explain)

-I was recruited by a separate corporate company, specifically to raise the level of cleaning in this building, by training and helping the team with all the areas needed.

-Due to the patients this facility specializes in with the treatments, this is my specialty in the highest level, medical cleaning while also raising the standard level of cleaning that has more touch points to cover.

–As Team Leader I work together with the rest of the team, and always open to others suggestions to make anything better or easier that I don’t know. I bring everyone together as a team, so then everyone starts to help each other out with their tasks…”I was taking the trash bin down the hallway, so I got all the ones in the bathroom for you.” “Since I’ve been finishing the offices early I’ve been taking care of the stairs with so and so busy work load” -My Team

-Able to achieve in one month, but I can’t take all the credit. This is how the Center got there, throughout the building, that fast.- In my entire life I’ve never met anyone who cleans AND works the way I do, I met my clone here who started at 8am-? and I came in at 2pm-? We became a powerhouse team that the 2 of us raised the cleaning level to the highest the Cancer Center has seen with only 2 PT support cleaners to help me at night!

-Responsible for taking care of MRSA cleans in all treatment or exam rooms

-Detail cleaning in the obvious places, but I also went into all the Imaging Rooms in the Radiation hallway, CT, and PCT rooms

-As Team Leader, only one permitted and responsible for cleaning the Pharmacy. This was one of the areas I was permitted to touch and clean more areas, with items after seeing my OCD

-Also the Team Leader’s biggest responsibility is the entire HDR cleaning and doing a Terminal Clean in the OR. (This is the other area that I was permitted to touch per the Cancer Center Supervisor of the OR asked me to clean EVERYTHING in that OR, except below the top pad on the operating table)

recent PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

- Wanting more of a challenge in my area of specialty, switched to supervisor's recommendation getting assigned to an account

-Supervisors and management decided to pair me back up with my partner at our previous job, to repeat our high level of success again on an account that didn't resign with the company, holding both buildings.

- We have already repeated our success with a higher cleaning standard while detailing each separate department area to monitor and maintain. Again we got our compliments from the employees with the same quote, "You can definitely see the difference in cleaning from before!" Also, the client not only resigned the account with both buildings, they even gave Jack's a NEW one, adding a third building.

-My Department Head let me "do my thing" that he didn't need to give me instructions, he allowed me to work directly with the "Top Boss", Dimensions Director of Sales, Linda Hobbs

Completely understanding each other with the same higher standard in cleaning and expectations that we both believed in going by the "1st Impression Rule", beginning with detailed cleaning daily building's front common areas to maintain as part of the new cleaning standard.
