During Joanne’s time with Xerox she demonstrated many critical skills that are necessary in today’s business world and I highly recommend her in this capacity.
Although Joanne possessed many Microsoft software skills prior to her work here at Xerox, she demonstrated tremendous growth in the use of these tools. Joanne was responsible for creating and managing Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint Presentations. Joanne quickly acquired other software skills, as well. The first was Ecco, used to manage the calendars for Three Xerox managers. The second was Visio, a flowcharting tool used to document business processes. In addition, Joanne handled calls from both internal and external customers in order to keep schedules and action items complete. Joanne was responsible for filing, copying, and ordering all supplies for the organization as well as my team members, which included 8 international members. Joanne was interfaced with our technical support team to ensure that hardware and software upgrades were completed in a timely manner.
