Responsibilities:

1. Studying the BOQ and specification for finalization of material requisitions. 2. Co-ordination with site engineer for the site progress as well as work front issues. 3. Preparation of bill that has to be submitted to clients, as well as monitoring the sub- contractor billing as per the site.

4. Maintaining the log of Extra and Excess Statements, as well as taking approvals on the same.

Responsibilities:

1. Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement and etc. from the tender documents for proper estimating works. 2. Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications and BOQ. 3.Co-ordination with quantity surveyors and material take off when required. 4. Prioritize RFQ’s that require more time to get quotation and major cost items. 5. Prepare & send RFQ for all the items to all the approved/ approved equal suppliers/ sub-contractor to obtain required quotations.

6. Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with the supplier/ sub-contractor when required. 7. Technical Evaluation of supplier/sub-contractor quotations as per tender requirements.

8. Pricing material and labor cost of each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets, by using the quotations and a pre–determined manpower production rates. 9. Preparing Price comparison sheet for each system and final cost summary. 10. Preparing BOQ unit prices as per tender BOQ format and filling. 11. Check all the addendums and communications received from the client, ensuring that all items are being clarified and considered in the pricing. 12. Attend meetings, trainings as scheduled or organized by management. 13. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality management system for Estimation work.
