Responsible for taking a small contract machine job shop to a $6 million, multi-faceted manufacturing company.
Instituted material ordering procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure steady production flow. Revamped the finished goods inventory process to achieve maximum accuracy.
Instituted EKanban system for major customer to support their lean manufacturing system.
