Corporate Finance: Monitored cash flow and scheduled equity calls with parent company based on operations, capital plans, acquisitions, and dividend distributions; assisted outside accountants in the preparation of the annual balance sheet, cash flow report, and operating statement; prepared financial reports for the Board and distributed to shareholders. Developed strategies for achieving corporate goals annually and shared these with market officers.
